Paris Saint-Germain have identified Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi as a long-term successor to Ousmane Dembele after the youngster's performances in England. He moved to the Premier League from Lorient, a transfer made easier by Bournemouth's close ties with his former club.

Kroupi scored 22 goals in 30 matches in his final Ligue 2 season and has added 13 goals in 33 appearances for the Cherries, underlining his rise. PSG value his tactical flexibility: he can play as a central striker or on the flanks, fitting Luis Enrique's system and offering the dynamic profile the coach prefers.

With Dembele still a key player but frequently hampered by physical issues, the club see securing a reliable, multi-functional forward as a strategic priority for long-term stability. Representation may ease a move; Kroupi is managed by Moussa Sissoko, who already has strong ties with Paris and looks after several club players including Bradley Barcola, Desire Doue, Randal Kolo Muani and Dembele.
