Yolanda Hadid reportedly engaged to Randy Kendrick

Yolanda Hadid and real estate developer Randy Kendrick are reportedly engaged, with sources saying Kendrick popped the question earlier this week. It’s unclear how long the pair have been together.

Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform, and is known for redeveloping large industrial properties into advanced manufacturing campuses, per his website.

The news follows Hadid’s split about a year ago from construction CEO Joseph “Joey” Jingoli; they ended their engagement in January 2025 and, a source said, “remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together.” Hadid and Jingoli met in 2017 after she moved to Pennsylvania and purchased a farm.

Hadid has spoken in the past about taking time to “heal” after her divorce from David Foster and later said she “made a love spiral” and found Jingoli when she least expected it; he reportedly proposed during a private visit to Holland.
