Will The Legend of Vox Machina end after season 5?

The Legend of Vox Machina is currently in season 4, and season 5 has been presented as the final run for the group's shared story. That expectation, however, may not be definitive. Travis Willingham, executive producer of The Legend of Vox Machina and the voice of Grog Strongjaw, suggested the characters could turn up elsewhere.

'There is always a chance that characters will show up in campaigns or stories that they did not originally show up in,' Willingham said. 'That's kind of the beauty of being able to pull the strings and change this stuff, so I would say it's highly encouraged for those sorts of appearances and cross-sections to manifest.' Cameos are already part of the adaptations: season 3 introduced Zerxus Ilerez, a fiendish antiquities collector in the City of Dis played by Luis Carazo, who originated in the miniseries Exandria Unlimited: Calamity.

Sam Riegel’s Braius Doomseed from Campaign 3 appeared in an episode of The Mighty Nein, and members of Vox Machina have surfaced across other campaigns and one-shot spin-offs.
