Will Forte says wife jokingly threatened divorce over new bangs

Will Forte, 55, said his wife Olivia Modling jokingly threatened to divorce him after he reacted badly when she showed up with freshly cut bangs on a FaceTime call while he was away filming Season 2 of The Four Seasons. Forte recalled that no words were spoken until he blurted, 'What happened to you?' and then, 'Is that a wig?!' He tried to explain that Modling was hunched over on camera and that the bangs looked less like Brigitte Bardot's and more like Spock from Star Trek, even wondering if it might be a Halloween wig.

Realizing the hairstyle was real, he attempted to turn the remark into a compliment, but rehearsal interrupted the call and he had to hang up. About half an hour later he returned to several texts from Modling — 'Is that a wig? The. Worst. Possible. Thing. To. Hear.
