When The Vampire Lestat Releases — Full Schedule
The Vampire Lestat, the third season of Interview with the Vampire, premieres on AMC on Sunday, June 7, 2026. The season comprises seven episodes that will air weekly on Sunday nights, with the finale scheduled for July 19, 2026. Instead of releasing the first two episodes at once, this season follows a weekly rollout.
Season 3 centers on Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid) as his band tours, and it heightens the tension between Lestat and Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian) after Daniel published his book about Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson).
With only seven episodes, the weekly schedule gives viewers time to catch up and to revisit episodes between broadcasts. The series previously premiered its first season in October 2022 and returned for a second season in May 2024, both of which streamed on HBO Max.
The creative team includes creator Rolin Jones, with writers Jonathan Ceniceroz, Ryan Kattner, Anusree Roy, Hannah Moscovitch and Kevin Hanna among those credited on the season.
