West Wilson says he first told Amanda Batula he loved her in Season 10
West Wilson says he first told Amanda Batula he loved her during Season 10 of Summer House, filmed last summer. He revealed the moment on Summer House: The Aftermath during an emotional sit-down with Batula’s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, who asked if Wilson was ready to settle down.
Wilson replied, “Yeah. I do,” and said he told Batula “I love you” the night he left Cooke and Batula’s room after a heated blowout; in an August 2025 scene he walks into their room and tells her, “Love you, OK? Text me if you need anything.” Wilson maintained that their relationship did not turn romantic until February, insisting, “I really care about her a f–k ton.” He pushed back on suggestions the pair had been “hooking up” during earlier footage, saying they were not and that it’s hard to say those words to someone’s face.
Batula and Wilson confessed to their secret relationship in March, two months after she and Cooke announced their separation.
