Video shows suspected killer of James Handy being arrested

Footage obtained by TMZ shows Michael Gledhill, the suspected killer of actor James Handy, cuffed and standing beside a police vehicle as officers search his pockets and pat him down. He is wearing a long-sleeved shirt and dark pants and appears calm. Other Ring camera video shows Gledhill, 44, walking on the sidewalk past nearby residences after the alleged stabbing, with helicopters audible overhead.

According to audio obtained by People, a caller to 911 said, "I am the son of man, I just killed the man of sin." Handy was found unconscious in the front yard of his Tarzana home with a stab wound to the chest. Paramedics transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Michael was charged with one count of murder and is being held at Van Nuys Jail on $2 million bail. The Los Angeles Police Department said he flagged down responding officers and told them he was the person they were looking for, and that he lived at the location with his mother, who is the victim’s girlfriend.
