TTK, a realistic multiplayer FPS on Roblox, has been played over 7 million times. It's the newest game from Sable Digital, a duo who go by PoptartNoahh and CanyonJack. The first version was published in April and the game blew up last week after clips of its realistic deathmatches went viral.

The developers say the Roblox algorithm "found us too early." The version most players are on is a free-for-all deathmatch with basic Call of Duty-like loadouts, but it's a vertical slice made for testing. Future updates will shift focus to "co-op PVE squad AI mechanics" with "story-based doorkicker scenarios/missions" as well as team-based modes.

Sable is upfront about its inspirations: slow movement, floaty aiming, high lethality, and immersive touches like magazine checking are meant to evoke bodycam shooters and SWAT games such as Ready Or Not. It looks great for something that'll run on a phone, and the absence of Roblox's default block guys is always appreciated.
