England manager Thomas Tuchel has reassured supporters that captain Harry Kane is in peak physical condition ahead of the upcoming World Cup. Despite North American temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius, the German head coach says his star striker is sharp, lean and fully prepared to lead the line.

Tuchel said England's coaching staff had initially been concerned the intense June heat in Florida could compromise Kane's output. The 32-year-old forward erased those doubts by spearheading intensity during high-press defensive drills in West Palm Beach and arrives at the camp after an extraordinary season with Bayern Munich, where he netted 61 goals.

The manager underlined Kane's readiness: "He's in top shape. He is ready to go. We don't have to be worried about him at all, even if it is hot in June. He has showed me the whole week that he is ready. He is our key player." Tuchel added that Kane "looks lean.
