Bob Loukas says Bitcoin is following a familiar four-year cycle and expects new all-time highs by 2028. In a YouTube update released on June 4, he described this cycle as "as normal a four-year cycle as they come" and highlighted $53,000 as an important midpoint and potential buy-in level.

Loukas noted that despite a fresh dip below $60,000, BTC remains closer to its previous all-time high than to the low points that marked earlier bear-market bottoms. The past four years produced a midpoint around $53,000, which can act as both support and resistance.

He outlined a window for a cycle low stretching 10% either side of week 46, and said the cycle is moving toward its end as the current week sits at 44. Loukas also anticipates that price discovery should return in 2028. Market participants remain cautious.
