Toy Story games getting remastered in Retro Roundup

Disney, Atari and Digital Eclipse announced Toy Story: Retro Roundup on June 2. The collection remasters 11 games — nine Toy Story titles and two A Bug’s Life games — from consoles such as PlayStation, SNES and Game Boy, and is due this October on consoles and PC.

Included are classic releases like Toy Story (1995 for Sega Genesis, SNES and Game Boy), Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! (1999, PlayStation), Toy Story 2 (1999, Game Boy Color), Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (2000, PlayStation, Game Boy Color), Toy Story Racer (2001, PlayStation, Game Boy Color) and A Bug’s Life (1998, PlayStation, Game Boy Color).

Developer Digital Eclipse says the collection will add quality-of-life features, improved rendering, rewind and cheat options, along with interviews and behind-the-scenes material such as concept art and design documents.
