Temporary restraining orders require Victoria Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, to vacate Tom Sandoval’s Los Angeles home immediately. The pair may take only personal clothing and belongings needed until the next hearing and must stay 100 yards away from Sandoval, including his home, workplace and vehicle.

They are also prohibited from obtaining or possessing firearms. The orders are temporary and expire on July 16, when another hearing is scheduled. Sandoval served Robinson with a restraining order on June 3 after she was arrested that same day; she bonded out and was released that day, and court records show she was due to appear at a subsequent hearing.

Sandoval alleges that after an evening of drinking an argument with Will Robinson escalated, with the father punching a hole in a spare bedroom, grabbing Sandoval and then punching him, leaving visible injuries to his ear and neck and causing blurry vision.
