Tom Sandoval faces restraining order filed by ex’s father

Victoria Lee Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, filed a civil harassment restraining order against Tom Sandoval after video emerged showing Sandoval seemingly shoving him into a lit fire pit at Sandoval’s Los Angeles rental. Will’s filing recounts an alleged June 3 confrontation in which he says Sandoval “overpowered [his] daughter” before pushing him “backwards into a stone-lava rock” fire pit and “severely injuring” him.

Will says he suffered a broken thumb, a broken elbow, a ruptured disc and a heel laceration, and alleges Sandoval re-entered the home and “began talking about himself having a gun.” He adds that Sandoval has visited the residence since the incident, “forcing [Will] to call the police” and “starting trouble,” and wrote this was the fifth time Sandoval had become physical with his daughter.

Will has requested an order keeping Sandoval at least 100 feet away from him, his daughter, their home and his vehicle.
