Tom Hanks offers marriage advice to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

At the "Toy Story 5" premiere in Los Angeles, Tom Hanks — who has been married to Rita Wilson for 38 years — offered a bit of marital counsel to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ahead of their July wedding: "The man must make the waffles on Sunday."

On the red carpet, Swift, wearing an off-the-shoulder, crystal-embellished Erdem dress, asked Hanks and Tim Allen to sign a copy of the 1995 "Toy Story" VHS she brought. Hanks joked that she should have brought a VHS machine so they could sign it as something that could go into the Smithsonian.

Swift and Kelce, both 36, are slated to wed in New York City on July 3, with plans to hold the ceremony at Madison Square Garden. Guests are expected to be transported on blacked-out buses and enter through multiple arena entrances; invited celebrities include Zoë Kravitz, Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne and Ed Sheeran. The couple, who began dating in 2023, had originally considered an intimate Rhode Island wedding before deciding to expand the celebration.
