Tina Fey: SNL women's group chat has an "unfortunate" name

During her June 1 appearance on The Tonight Show, Tina Fey said she still keeps in touch with several of her former Saturday Night Live colleagues and revealed the surprising name of their group chat. The thread, Fey explained, includes Amy Poehler, Ana Gasteyer, Rachel Dratch, Maya Rudolph and longtime SNL writer Paula Pell, and is called "The SNL Tang." Fey called the name "unfortunate" and said Paula Pell named it; she added bluntly, "It's short for poontang."
