This $30 Switch 2 controller keeps the Pro's best feature at a much better price

Best Buy is offering the GameSir Super Nova wireless controller with a $20 discount, undercutting Amazon's current stock by $5–$7. The reduction applies only to the red-and-white variant; the Super Nova usually comes in five color options. The controller is designed for mobile, Switch, Switch 2 and PC use, and can connect by cable, Bluetooth or a USB dongle.

A charging dock is included. It features an asymmetrical face layout, a 1,000Hz polling rate, membrane buttons and RGB lighting, with GameSir emphasizing quiet, long-lasting buttons. One notable feature is the ability to wake the Switch 2 from the controller itself.

Nintendo's Pro Controller also offers wake functionality but carries a much higher price, making the Super Nova appealing if you often play with the handheld docked and use the system like a console. Prime Day deals begin on June 23, and some buyers may prefer to wait, but the Super Nova's current price looks unlikely to drop much further and Amazon may simply match Best Buy.
