Thermaltake unveiled its Dockpower series at a busy Computex booth, where a surprise visit by Jensen Huang briefly turned the area chaotic. The unit otherwise looks like a fairly standard power supply: available from 750 to 1200 watts, offered in black or white, and including a 12V-2x6 connection to cover most gaming rigs.

Remove one screw from the end with all the ports and a section—what Thermaltake calls the dock module—comes away from the body entirely. The idea is to fit the PSU inside the case without that part, attach whichever cables you need to the dock module, then reattach it, avoiding fiddly individual connections in cramped spaces.

Thermaltake says the dock uses a server-grade gold-plated connection and is secured with a provided screw that has a d-ring for easier hand tightening.
