Parker Ellis, Fiona Dourif as Dr. Cassie McKay, Patrick Ball as Dr. Frank Langdon, Taylor Dearden as Dr. Mel King, Isa Briones as Dr. Trinity Santos, Gerran Howell as Dr. Dennis Whitaker, Shabana Azeez as Victoria Javadi, and Shawn Hatosy as Dr. Jack Abbot. The show is expected to return in January 2027, following the scheduling pattern of the previous two seasons.
