The Bean Machine
The Bean Machine is a one-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari Computer, released December 30, 1983 and published by APX. The developer is listed as N/A.
The game centers on a tray at the bottom that continually picks up beans and randomly drops them into a maze of moving platforms, monsters, and doors. Players control five platforms with central pivot points, rotating them clockwise or counterclockwise to influence bean movement.
As beans run along the platforms, their weight shifts those platforms and alters the maze. If two beans collide, one is destroyed and returns to the starting tray; the objective is to guide all beans into the collecting tray toward the bottom.
There are three levels of difficulty and the goal is to move all beans in the minimal amount of time. Available on Atari 8-bit; genre: Puzzle; content rating: N/A. Games metadata is powered by IGDB.com
