The Amazing Digital Circus is arriving in Fortnite as new character cosmetics. Jax and Pomni will be added as skins, and Zooble will appear as a pickaxe; Gangle does not make it onto the Battle Bus. The announcement trailer includes a gag about Pomni being too short for the game and Caine stretching her limbs.

The crossover suits the series’ premise of characters trapped in a video-game nightmare, making the additions feel like a natural extension of their world. There’s a quirky charm to characters showing up in a third-person shooter despite little reason to be there, and the trailer leans into that oddness.

The Amazing Digital Circus began as an animated web series that has racked up hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. The pilot, released in late 2023 by Glitch Productions, has since received over 440 million views. It follows Pomni, a young woman trapped in a hellish virtual reality circus and mixes dark comedy with existential dread, drawing on influences from I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream to Popee the Performer.
