Teresa Giudice's 20-year-old daughter Milania arrested on assault charge

Milania Giudice, 20, was arrested on a domestic violence charge following an incident on May 14. Court documents allege she caused bodily injury and committed simple assault; Montville Township Police detained her around 6:12 p.m. She was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, and the outcome of that session is unknown.

Teresa Giudice, 54, is Milania’s mother and shares her daughters Gia, Audriana and Gabriella with ex-husband Joe Giudice. The exes were married from 1999 to 2000; Teresa remarried Luis Ruelas in 2022. A representative for the Giudice family was not immediately available for comment, and a representative for Milania was also not reachable.

Milania has remained active on social media since the alleged incident.
