Sydney Sweeney swaps vintage Chanel for plunging LBD on double date

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun stepped out for dinner at Daniel on the Upper East Side on Saturday, where the 28-year-old actress debuted two very different looks. For the meal, Sweeney wore a plum silk off-the-shoulder gown from Chanel’s fall 2003 collection, paired with matching purple pointed-toe pumps, slim sunglasses, a small black structured handbag and a diamond tennis necklace.

The vintage piece featured tiers of romantic ruffles, a Chanel camellia at the sternum and a ribbon sash at the drop waist; a similar sleeveless, lined version recently sold on 1stDibs for $5,460. She completed the dinner look with a camellia-adorned purse that echoed the dress’s detailing.

Later in Tribeca she changed into a black minidress with a deep plunging V-neckline, accessorizing with a delicate necklace set with a pink gem and nearly six-inch Christian Louboutin Rosalie Alta platform sandals (listed at $1,245).
