S.W.A.T.: Exiles premiere set for Sept. 25 on Starz

S.W.A.T. Exiles will debut in the U.S. on Starz on Sept. 25, with a worldwide release to follow through separate distribution deals. The 10-episode series will air weekly on Fridays on the Starz network and be available on the network’s app, streaming and on-demand platforms, and in select international regions.

Sony Pictures Television plans to stagger the U.S. rollout and later launch the show on other platforms like Netflix. The spin-off brings back Sergeant Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson (Shemar Moore), who is forced out of retirement to lead and mentor a new group of S.W.A.T.

recruits after a high-profile operation goes sideways. Moore headlines a new ensemble that includes Ronen Rubinstein, Freddy Miyares, Lucy Barrett, Zyra Gorecki, and Adain Bradley; Jay Harrington, Patrick St. Esprit, and David Lim are confirmed for guest appearances.
