Superman Battles Lex Luthor in New Look at Man of Tomorrow Sequel

New footage from the upcoming DCU sequel Man of Tomorrow shows Superman and Lex Luthor trading blows in the streets. David Corenswet returns as the Man of Steel, with Nicholas Hoult back as the iconic supervillain.

While the film will eventually see the pair join forces to face an intergalactic threat in Brainiac, the latest behind-the-scenes material captures a raw, old-fashioned dust-up. Filming is underway in Atlanta, and this follows an earlier first look at Superman’s slightly altered new suit.

Lex appears in a bulky, Iron Man–esque armored outfit that lets him throw punches himself, but images reveal Superman standing over a downed Lex and delivering a pummeling beatdown.
