After two years of delays, Rapman has shared a first look at Supacell Season 2 and confirmed that filming is complete. Created and written by Rapman, the Netflix series debuted in 2024 and has maintained a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes since release. The show centers on South London, where ordinary people suddenly develop superpowers, and "the only apparent connection between them is that they are all Black." The Instagram image Rapman posted shows the core cast ready to return, including Tosin Cole, Adelayo Adedayo, Josh Tedeku, Nadine Mills, Eric Kofi-Abrefa, Calvin Demba, Ghetts, Digga D and Eddie Marsan.

Season 2 brings several new faces: Frank Bourke, Tiana Simone, Richard Keep and Ed Allenby. Rapman shared the update alongside the caption: "Due to circumstances out of our control we had to pause production for a while. But filming is finally done! I’m currently in the edit getting it ready.
