Shareholders also approved a change to the dividend payment cadence for STRC preferred stock, moving to semi-monthly payments on the 15th and at month-end. The new schedule will begin on July 15 for shareholders of record on June 30. This purchase resumes Strategy’s accumulation after a controversial sale of 32 BTC, its first since 2022.
