A Monday 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission shows Strategy purchased 520 Bitcoin between June 15 and Sunday for $34.9 million, at an average price of $67,068 per BTC. The acquisition brings the company’s holdings to 847,363 BTC, with cumulative purchases now totaling $64.1 billion and an average acquisition cost of $75,651 per Bitcoin.

Strategy added $300 million to its US dollar reserve, taking the total to $1.4 billion. The filing notes this figure includes expected cash proceeds from at-the-market share sales that had not yet settled. The purchases and the liquidity boost were funded by sales of Class A common stock (MSTR), which raised $335.5 million through the company’s ATM equity program during the reporting period.

Of that amount, $34.9 million bought 520 Bitcoin while $300 million was set aside for the USD reserve to support dividend payments and debt obligations.
