Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded outflows for ten straight trading days, totaling nearly $3 billion since May 15. Data from SoSoValue shows daily withdrawals ranged from $70 million to $733.43 million, with the largest single-day exit on Wednesday. Net assets held by the funds fell from $104.29 billion on May 15 to $94.17 billion as of Friday.

The run surpassed the previous record of eight consecutive outflow sessions, which saw $3.2 billion withdrawn early last year. On Thursday the streak reached nine days with roughly $2.84 billion in net redemptions reported by Farside Investors before extending to ten days.

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission approved a Bitcoin perpetual futures contract from prediction-markets platform Kalshi.
