Sony State of Play June 2026: Trailers, reveals and release dates

PlayStation's June State of Play delivered an hour of trailers, extended gameplay, and release dates. Insomniac’s Marvel’s Wolverine received an extended gameplay look notable for its graphic violence and a first glimpse of Jean Grey, who, like Logan, is searching for kidnapped mutants.

Santa Monica Studio closed the show with an extended look at the next God of War, which stars Faye (Deborah Ann Woll) and follows her after her death. Ubisoft announced Rayman Legends Retold, a remake of the 2013 platformer, due Oct. 1 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows PC and Xbox Series X.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, a remake of the first Tomb Raider that shows Lara Croft exploring snowy ruins and tombs, is slated for Feb. 12, 2027. Several fall releases received dates: Dune: Awakening heads to PlayStation 5 on Sept. 22; Silent Hill: Townfall arrives Sept.
