Sony Drops LinkBuds Clip to Lowest Price Ahead of Prime Day
Sony's open-ear LinkBuds Clip earbuds have been discounted to $198 from their usual $230, a $32 saving ahead of Amazon Prime Day. The earbuds clip onto the ear rather than sealing the ear canal, designed to be feather-light and to stay in place while keeping you aware of your surroundings.
You can switch among three listening modes: Standard for everyday use, Voice Boost to clarify speech in noisy environments for podcasts or audiobooks, and sound leakage reduction to keep playback more private. They carry an IPX4 rating for water resistance, so they can handle sweat and light rain during runs, walks, bike rides or hikes.
Battery life is about nine hours on the buds alone and up to 37 hours with the charging case, and a three-minute quick charge adds roughly one hour of playtime. The Amazon discount applies across all four color options — black, green, lavender and greige.
