Prime Day has passed, but Sony's Bravia 8 II discounts remain available. The 65-inch model is $600 off when bought directly from Sony, while the 55-inch carries a $300 discount; both sizes still sell for over $2,200 with the markdown. A hands-on testing-lab review praised the Bravia 8 II's picture quality.

The set produces a darker image than some LG and Samsung OLEDs but offers extensive picture controls to fine-tune settings for streaming and console gaming. Audio blends Acoustic Surface Audio+ with Dolby Atmos, using tiny actuators behind the OLED panel so the screen itself acts as a speaker.
