Sniper: No Nation Heads to Netflix After Global Streaming Surge

One of the longest-running action franchises returns for its 12th installment, Sniper: No Nation, which is set to land on Netflix in the United States after already climbing the global streaming ranks. The platform’s appetite for explosive action has helped the sequel build momentum overseas, positioning it as a likely sleeper hit when it arrives later this month.

The series began in 1993 with Tom Berenger as veteran sniper Thomas Beckett opposite Billy Zane, and has since expanded through multiple sequels. Berenger returned for Sniper 2 and Sniper 3, and in 2011 Chad Michael Collins took over the lead as Brandon Beckett in Sniper: Reloaded.

Following last year’s streaming success for Sniper: The Last Stand, Sniper: No Nation reunites Chad Michael Collins with legacy star Tom Berenger. The plot finds ace sniper Brandon Beckett hunted by the country he once served; after going AWOL he discovers his remaining allies have been decimated by mercenaries, with fellow soldiers imprisoned and slated for public execution.
