Skitarii might finally have converted me to praising the Omnissiah
During the 250+ hours I've spent eviscerating Darktide's hordes, few classes gripped me like the Zealot. Still, Fatshark's new Skitarii has a way of changing that. The smallest Skitarii matches the tallest human, and the biggest variants loom like an Ogryn, which makes towering over enemies and battering them with an Arc Maul unexpectedly satisfying.
Character creation lets you pick a Forge World, custom bits and Voxcaster Tuning so you can craft a distinct voice. That customization is a welcome touch—especially when full Skitarii teams start appearing everywhere—and the different voice options help a lot with personality.
The class offers varied tools. Servo Skulls bring utility: reviving allies at range, deploying a flamethrower, or solving Data Interrogation minigames. Melee players can opt for the Chordclaw, an extendable stabbing hand that delivers guaranteed crits, bleed and electrify over multiple hits.
