Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola denied being pregnant again after fan speculation over her appearance at Jenni 'JWoww' Farley's surprise wedding earlier this week. She wrote in the comments of an Instagram photo, "Guys.. I’m not pregnant again it’s so hard to lose this baby weight!
