Rumer Willis granted primary custody of daughter Louetta
Rumer Willis was granted primary physical custody of her daughter Louetta, and she and ex Derek Richard Thomas agreed to joint custody and a custody evaluation. Thomas received a visitation schedule beginning June 20: supervised visits every other weekend with one of Willis’s nannies present, with overnight visits to be granted without supervision at a later date.
The court ordered both parents to attend co-parenting counseling and to communicate through a designated co-parenting platform. The ruling follows a court filing in which Willis accused Thomas of “incessant domestic violence,” describing a persistent pattern of emotional abuse she said left Louetta “traumatized,” and Demi Moore backed those claims.
Thomas denied the allegations, stating, “I have committed no acts of domestic violence in any form, including any active coercive control,” and called the relationship unhealthy but not violent.
