Retail listing suggests GTA 6 may offer performance and quality modes
A European retailer briefly published a Q&A on its GTA 6 store page that claimed the game would offer two graphics modes on next-generation consoles — Performance and Quality — along with DualSense haptic support on PS5 and extremely fast loading thanks to SSD storage.
The blurb, seen by a ResetEra user, was later deleted. Graphics-mode options have been common on consoles since the PS4 Pro era, but Rockstar’s last major release, Red Dead Redemption 2, never included them on PS4 Pro or Xbox One X, nor when played via backward compatibility on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Given Rockstar’s history of careful design, it wouldn’t be surprising if the developer opted for a single, preferred way to present the game. That said, the store Q&A reads like a generic placeholder — the opening line "By purchasing the console version" is odd given GTA 6 isn’t coming to PC right now, and there’s no mention of a PS5 Pro.
