Real Madrid are preparing a club-record €150 million bid for Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise, with president Florentino Perez expected to press ahead amid a presidential election battle. Bayern, however, remain determined to keep the France international despite growing speculation over his future.

Perez has indicated Madrid are ready to make a major offer for a player valued at more than €150 million and suggested an approach for a world-class talent at a leading Champions League club could be made next week. Such a deal would surpass the club's previous transfer records and signal a return to the Galactico-style recruitment after two seasons without major silverware.

Fabrizio Romano said Perez "fell in love" with Olise when Los Blancos faced Die Roten in the Champions League quarter-finals, and the Spanish giants are set to bid on Tuesday. Bayern have made their stance clear: honorary president Uli Hoeness described Olise as "unsellable", underlining the club's determination to keep the winger.
