L'Equipe says every Paris Saint-Germain first-team player would receive around €1 million if they beat Arsenal to lift the Champions League at Budapest's Puskas Arena. The bonus structure was negotiated by the club's four-man leadership group of Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha.

The arrangement reflects a shift under sporting director Luis Campos toward collective rewards rather than individual performance-based incentives. It ensures each member of the first-team squad benefits equally, so fringe players would be eligible for the same payout as regular starters.

PSG are chasing a second consecutive Champions League title after their 5-0 win over Inter Milan in last season's final, and victory over Arsenal would trigger one of the largest squad-wide bonus payments in the club's recent history. Head coach Luis Enrique downplayed the financial incentive, saying: "I don’t think there’s any better motivation than winning the Champions League.
