Procurement Divisions and Offices

The Enterprise Service and Analysis Division (ESAD), led by Division Director Geoffrey Sage, supports procurement across the Office of Procurement through three offices: the E-Business Systems Office (EBSO), the Enterprise Pricing Office (EPO), and the Procurement Management Review (PMR) Office.

ESAD also supports special acquisition initiatives directed by the Chief Acquisition Officer and Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer, ensuring strategic alignment and execution of key projects. The E-Business Systems Office serves as the central hub for procurement digital transformation.

It leads implementation of eGovernment requirements, manages federal procurement data reporting, and stewards systems such as the NASA Contract Management System. EBSO defines and governs procurement data, creates Procurement Dashboards and analytical tools, and works to modernize systems and improve data integrity to support acquisition decision-making.
