Prince Louis once again stole the show at the 2026 Trooping the Colour, making a series of silly faces while standing on the Buckingham Palace balcony and at one point peering out into the crowd with a surprised look. He was joined by his siblings, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince George, 12, their parents, Prince William, 43, and Kate Middleton, 44, and King Charles, 77, and Queen Camilla, 78.

Louis also rode with his mother during the carriage procession, and the family watched the Royal Air Force flypast together. A lip reader later interpreted an exchange between the brothers, with Louis asking, "Should I wave?" and George replying, "It’s up to you," before noting he couldn’t "believe how sunny it" was.
