Prince George, 12, nearly towers over Kate Middleton during rare outing

Prince George, 12, nearly towered over his mother, Princess Kate Middleton, in footage shared on the couple’s joint Instagram account. The video shows them visiting the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at Royal Air Force Coningsby to mark Britain’s Armed Forces Day.

The clip alternates between recordings of George and Kate as they sat in the cockpits of several aircraft. The post was captioned, in part, “Honouring Service and Sacrifice,” and noted learning about the history of the planes and meeting the pilots and engineers who keep their legacy alive.

A spokesperson confirmed that Prince George will attend Eton College from this September. He will turn 13 next month and previously attended Lambrook School in Ascot with his siblings Princess Charlotte, 12, and Prince Louis, 8.
