Pokémon Pokopia's next event adds Mythical Pokémon Jirachi

Jirachi will arrive in Pokémon Pokopia on June 23 as part of the Wish Upon a Jirachi event, bringing nighttime-themed furniture and décor for players to style their Pokémon habitats. You must have a rebuilt Pokémon Center in your town for Jirachi to visit. Talk to Jirachi to get a recipe for wish notes, then complete tasks for your community's Pokémon to turn those into sparkling wish notes you can exchange with the wish-granting Pokémon for rewards.

The event runs through July 8; sparkling wish notes are only available during that period. It isn't clear whether Jirachi will remain after the event ends. Players may be able to build Jirachi's habitat from event items and have the Mythical Pokémon become a permanent resident of their Pokémon Pokopia community, but The Pokémon Company hasn't confirmed this yet.

Pokémon Pokopia was released on March 5 and quickly became one of the Switch 2's must-play, highest-rated games.
