Pokémon's 30th‑anniversary carry‑on lets you display plushies

The Pokémon Company expanded its 30th‑anniversary lineup with a surprise item: themed carry‑on bags. They come in three colors tied to the basic starter elements, and the outer shells showcase starters from across the series—red features Charmander and Litten, while blue highlights Squirtle and Popplio.

Inside, the soft lining reproduces full‑color versions of those same starters and includes dividers to organize belongings. The bags add small design touches such as Poké Ball–shaped zipper ends and a side hook for attaching items.

The clearest selling point is a small window near the top designed to display a favorite plushie, a compact and literal way to travel with your collection. The Pokémon Center already offers many plush options, including new Pokopia‑themed items and the Sitting Pokémon Cuties line, which pairs especially well with the bags.

So far the company has announced availability only in Japan, leaving international fans to decide whether to import or miss out.
