Persona 4 Revival release date announced at Xbox 2026 Showcase

Atlus confirmed a release date for Persona 4 Revival in a new trailer shown during the Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday. The remake is due Feb. 18, 2027, and will arrive on PlayStation 5, Windows PC and Xbox Series X. Atlus first revealed the project last June, but few details followed until this reveal.

The trailer highlights a full visual overhaul, with scenes of the protagonist exploring the town of Inaba, singing karaoke with Yosuke and spending time with Marie. Marie’s presence suggests the remake includes Persona 4 Golden’s expanded content. We also see Chie transform into her dungeon boss form.

Set in a small Japanese town in the early 2000s, Persona 4 casts players as a transfer student living with their uncle Dojima and young niece Nanako. As friendships grow, a serial killer begins striking and the crimes link to a creepy TV show that appears on rainy nights.
