Paramount confirmed plans to explore video games based on Taylor Sheridan’s franchises, naming Yellowstone and Yellowstone-adjacent titles such as Landman, Tulsa King and Lioness among its priorities. Shawn Kittelsen, head of creative and production at Paramount Games Studio, said the studio’s priorities included Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Trek, Avatar: The Last Airbender and SpongeBob SquarePants, and added, "All of the Yellowstone and Yellowstone-adjacent titles, Landman, Tulsa King, these are all priorities for us." Some properties appear to map more naturally to interactive formats than others.

The Western themes of Yellowstone could lend themselves to experiences similar to the Red Dead Redemption series, while Lioness’s action focus might translate more directly. Landman and Tulsa King lack obvious entry points, but past adaptations such as The Sopranos: Road to Respect and games tied to The Walking Dead show that unexpected transitions can succeed.
