Paralives hits 1 million copies one month after launch
Paralives has sold 1,000,000 copies one month after release, the developer announced in a Steam post titled "1,000,000 copies." The team thanked players for their support and feedback and said it will continue improving the game. Since the May 25 launch the studio has pushed six patches and hotfixes.
Recent stats shared by the team show an average of about 80,000 daily players last week, roughly 11 hours of playtime per player on average, 350,000 feedback and bug reports submitted, and 22,000 mods created in the Steam Workshop. The developers have voiced support for modding, including NSFW mods.
A few community quirks also made the list: around 170 "naked Charlies" have appeared in players' games after a bug that could spawn a nude man if, after giving birth, the player exited without saving.
