Palworld 1.0 set for July 10, 2026
Palworld 1.0 finally has a release date: it's leaving early access on July 10, 2026, announced during today's Summer Game Fest stream. Pocketpair had previously said the game would arrive this year, but the exact date was a surprise. In a press release, Pocketpair teases more Pals, “uncharted territories” and “fragments of a grand narrative that inches closer to the truth of the world.” On Twitter, Pocketpair Publishing and communications boss John "Bucky" Buckley added, "Get ready to finally figure out what is going on with that big tree!" Just this week, Buckley joked that Pocketpair was going to launch all of its Palworld projects to coincide with GTA 6's release in November, which obviously wasn't going to happen, but it is nice to see a game avoiding the September window that's very quickly filled up with games seemingly trying to step out of Rockstar Games's shadow.
Palworld entered early access a little over two years ago and immediately became immensely popular.
