Overwatch season 3 skins, Mythics and battle pass revealed

Overwatch season 3 starts Tuesday with new Damage hero Shion and a hybrid map called Neon Junction. The season brings a new battle pass and Tokyo-inspired cosmetics, including cat cafe outfits and Japanese street rebel looks. A collaboration with Japanese musical duo Yaosobi provides colorful streetwear for Kiriko, Genji, and Hanzo.

The battle pass mixes Japanese-inspired skins with Summer Games-appropriate outfits. Freja receives a Midsommar skin and Shion gets the first Legendary for the season. Freja, Genji, Shion, Lúcio, Cassidy, Sombra, and Junkrat are confirmed to receive Legendary and Epic skins.

Two Mythic additions stand out. Hanzo's Mythic weapon skin gives his bow a bright purple and blue glow with dragon effects, and Illari's Mythic hero skin builds on her fiery theme. Nyan Cafe ultra skins place Sierra, Ashe (and BOB), Orisa, Reaper, and Kiriko in maid-themed cat cafe outfits; Reaper gets a velvety kitty suit and BOB sports oversized paws.
