Overwatch eases grind for rare anniversary title
Overwatch's anniversary event drew criticism for its reward structure. While the anniversary loot boxes let players obtain all items without duplicates over three weeks, the player titles proved arduous: the rare title required 24 anniversary challenges, the epic 36, and the legendary 48.
There were only 24 base challenges, so reaching 48 demanded an additional 24 repeatable tasks. Those extras were the 'Decennium Contributor - Repeating' challenges, which required completing 10 games each (wins and Stadium granted double progress). That translated to between 120 and 240 games over three weeks — roughly 5.7 to 11.5 games per day — and one writer said they only finished the legendary title hours before the timer expired.
