North West, 13, shows off new lip piercings at Paris Fashion Week

North West, 13, arrived at the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 show during Paris Fashion Week with new facial piercings, including one on the bridge of her nose, two studs on her cheek under her eye and two angel bite piercings on her top lip. She paired them with her signature blue wig worn half-up, half-down, a long-sleeved black shirt, a matching mini tennis skirt with tights and black combat boots.

It’s unclear if the piercings are real or another of the star’s faux studs. The ensemble echoed the edgy styling she recently displayed in her "#n0rth4evr" music video, which featured faux stud piercings around the eyes, heavy makeup, fingerless black-and-white striped gloves, stacked metal spike bracelets, a spiked skirt and high-top combat boots.

North has also shown additional hand piercings, adding spikes and balls to both hands and what appears to be a flat piercing on the outside of her left wrist.
